Nike Women's ZoomX Zegama Trail 2
Our Take
The Nike Zegama was originally launched to compete against iconic shoes like the Hoka Speedgoat in the ultra-cushioned trail market and although it had success, the one area it was underperforming was in the grip department. Moving to a Vibram outsole with a deeper, more diverse lug patter, we think the Zegama has gone from a good trail shoe to a great trail shoe. Now excelling in a wide range of terrain, and combined with a lightweight Zoom X midsole that has been elevated with more thickness and underfoot protection, the Zegama might just be your next long distance trail shoe.
