A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Unworn merchandise with all original packaging and tags can be returned for a full refund within 30 days.

All unused merchandise, with original tags and packaging is considered returnable within 30 days. What staff determine to be a manufacturers defect, occurred while using the product for its intended purpose, is also considered returnable.  General wear and tear is not considered a manufacturers defect.

We currently ship within Canada.

All parcels are shipped by Expedited Canada Post.

- All shipping costs are in Canadian dollars and are shipped by Expediated Canada Post.

- Orders in Canada under $100 before tax ship at a flat rate of $10

- Orders in Canada $100 and over before tax ship at no charge

- Orders to the USA ship at a flat rate of $25

If you select curbside pick-up, you will receive a phone call or email when your order is ready to be picked up. You can then head over to our shop location @ 101-1825 Bowen Rd. Nanaimo, BC for pick up. 

Sorry, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Your order will ship within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will be notified as soon as your order is shipped, and you will be given a tracking number if you've selected tracked package.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, unless otherwise specified. If you refuse any shipment from Frontrunners, you are still responsible for the original shipping costs. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. 

Sales tax will be applied automatically during the checkout process to Canadian customers.

You can receive a full refund within 30 days of confirmed delivery of purchase.

Merchandise purchased on-line can be returned in person to our store location at: 101-1825 Bowen Rd, Nanaimo BC, V9S-1H1 or through courier or Canada Post.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

When we receive the merchandise you will be refunded the original price.  The refund will be applied to the method of payment used when ordering.  Original shipping costs, if applicable, will not be refunded.

We are not able to offer exchanges online.  We recommend returning your order and placing a new order online.
