The XC Seven is a fantastic all around XC spike for all levels of ability.  The XC Seven has a six pin spike plate and an aggressive outsole to keep you on course.  For those new to track and field, the extra midsole that aids in protection on the cross country course will also give you a bit more cushioning on the track.
