Our Take 

The La Sportiva Levante is the result of direct collaboration with La Sportiva’s female athletes.  Working closely together, they selected every detail from the fit, lacing, upper materials and the sole, creating a thoroughly researched, athlete-proven, long distance running shoe.

The new XFlow™ super foam provides cushioning, reactivity, and stability while the upper is constructed to encase, support and protect without constricting the foot.

Every female staff that has tried the Levante has loved it and we are excited to have a shoe designed by women for women.

Technology

• Frixion® White (XF 2.0) is a sticky compound ideal for outings requiring impressive grip on all types of terrain.
• XFlow Midsole is a nitrogen infused supercritical foam that ensures optimal cushioning, reactivity, and stability.
• Set of structures for maximum support and stability: the knit gaiter surrounds the ankle, the wrapping system and the ergonomics of the heel comfortably secure the foot preventing it from slipping around inside the shoe.
• Trail Rocker™ promotes a smooth heel-to-toe motion for an unimpeded stride.
• Flex grooves give the sole greater flexibility and agility.

• Bio-based Xflow™ midsole uses ethylene from sugar fermentation to substitute 30% of the traditional ethylene in the midsole.

• Ortholite® Hybrid insole is an eco-friendly and washable insole made from breathable and durable PU foam cells and recycled rubber.
