The Novablast 5 is a lightweight and responsive cushioned shoe with a trampoline like effect in the forefoot that is meant to give an energetic ride for your daily training.    Feedback is that it is one of the best all-around neutral trainers that we have. 

The 5th version improves on version 4 with a softer foam, a new premium upper, and a slightly tuned rocker for more performance. 

If you are looking for a daily trainer that is fun to run in and can handle anything from long runs to tempo work, this is a great option.
