Our Take 

The Topo Fli-Lyte 4 is a lightweight trainer for the runner looking for a more natural feel but with a secure fit and some protection.  The 3mm drop from heel to toe provides a near neutral platform for a more natural running experience and the heel and midfoot provide a snug, secure fit while the roomy toe box allows for natural foot splay.

While weighing the same as the version 3, the wider platform offers a smoother and more stable ride.  The new ZipFoam midsole also gives more rebound and less compression set.  Finally, the outsole now has more rubber compound for better durability and traction.

We like the Fli-Lyte 4 for the person conscious of running form or even the gym goer who wants to feel more connected to the ground.
