Our Take 

The FuelCell Rebel V2 was a staff favorite but we think the V3 will suit more people and is definitely a more versatile shoe!  Based on weight alone you would think this is a shoe built purely for speed but New Balance has done a great job blending just enough responsiveness for up-tempo days with the cushioning and durability for extra miles.  Comfy and speedy is a pretty great combination and a tricky balance to find but New Balance has done a great job with this shoe. New this year is slightly more cushioning underfoot and a slightly winder midsole base through the midfoot which gives the shoe a more stable ride and a more accommodating fit without losing that glove like feel the shoe is known for.
