The MD500 series from New Balance has long been our favorite beginner to intermediate track spike that can cover a range of distances and events, making it one of the most versatile spikes we have.  New this year is a revamped midsole design, bringing more cushioning that when combined with the snappy spike plate creates a spike that is very lively and responsive.  In addition, the new no-sew synthetic upper creates a look that is fun and fast.
