Built for speed.  Cushioned for comfort.  This is the Hoka Crescendo track spike.  The  Crescendo is an incredibly comfortable, beginner friendly track spike engineered with a 6-pin spike plate and the thickest stack height you will see on the track.  This middle-distance track spike is a great all around, multipurpose spike for the high-school athlete.
