When Asics developed the Dynablast we think they wanted you to feel like you were running on a trampoline!  Asics claims that the one-piece FLYTEFOAM™ Blast technology midsole, complemented by a midsole design that provides a trampoline-like effect as you run, creates one of the most energetic rides from any running shoe.  Perhaps most significantly this year is a updated heel stack height (10mm down to 8mm) which we feel gives an overall more stable ride.
