Our Take

The Brooks Ghost has been a consistent performer for Brooks for 16 seasons now and although we like to see progression we also want reliability and the Ghost 16 is yet another version of a great fitting, cushioned, reliable shoe for everyone from serious runners to walkers.

The biggest change this year is a move to a nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 midsole which is lightweight and yet more cushioned and responsive than previous versions.  Also new is a new RoadTack upper which includes silica for grip and durability.
